Welcome to my house! Step into a welcoming living area where large sliding glass doors invite sunshine and offer seamless access to the garden. Relax on the comfortable seating and enjoy your favorite shows on the TV with the help of high-speed WiFi. The minimalist decor complements the airy ambiance, making it a perfect spot to unwind. Adjacent to the living space is a modern kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, and all necessary cooking utensils. Whether you're preparing a simple breakfast or a family feast, the kitchen's layout is designed for both convenience and enjoyment. A washer is available, ensuring you have all the comforts of home during your stay. The bedrooms promise restful nights, featuring a queen bed in one and two single beds in the other. Each room is thoughtfully designed with mirrored wardrobes and large doors that lead directly to the garden, allowing you to wake up to the soothing sounds of nature. Notice that one of the bedrooms is only separated by a with a sheer curtain from the rest of the area, not properly separating the room. The bathroom is lovely, equipped with a shower and a hairdryer for your convenience. Enjoy your stay!

Other information
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
