Disclaimer: Please note that the hosts have a cat that stays in the property when they are in residence. The balcony is located on the 7th floor. The hanging chair is not suitable for unsupervised use by children. Children must be supervised at all times when on the balcony. Use of the chair is at your own risk. The apartment accommodates up to four guests across two stylish bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The principal bedroom features a sumptuous super king sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a comfortable double sofa bed, ideal for guests or flexible living. One bathroom includes a sleek walk-in shower and the other a shower over bath. Located on the seventh floor with lift access, the flat enjoys privacy, light and impressive elevated views. The expansive open-plan living space is the true heart of the home. Natural light pours in through full-height windows, enhancing the warm timber flooring and bold yet refined décor. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
