Il peut accueillir confortablement 2 personnes, avec son espace chambre à coucher doté d’un lit Queen, sa salle de bains attenante, sa cuisine entièrement équipée avec son îlot central et son grand salon. Idéalement située à quelques minutes du métro, vous pourrez profiter d'un séjour tranquille dans la capitale. Séjour de 30 jours minimum.

Welcome to this beautiful, open-plan 56 m² apartment with a loft-style feel. It is located on the ground floor. Modern and tastefully decorated, it enjoys a prime location close to tourist attractions (Trocadéro, Eiffel Tower, etc.), shops, transport links, etc., and is the ideal base from which to explore the city. The entrance opens onto an open-plan living area with a comfortable lounge equipped with a sofa (not convertible). The adjoining dining room has a table that seats up to two people, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends. The kitchen, which opens onto the living room via a central island, provides everything you need to cook at home: hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (Nespresso type), utensils and crockery. The accommodation includes a bedroom area, separated from the rest of the accommodation by a curtain. The queen-size bed (double – dimensions 180 x 200) is made up with hotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available so you can settle in comfortably. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a shower and a large mirror. There is also a washing machine for your convenience. The toilet is separated from the bathroom by a half wall. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay! The accommodation can be booked for a minimum of 30 days.
