Ideally located minutes from the metro and tram stations, you can enjoy a quiet stay in the Parisian suburbs!

Welcome to this beautiful 105 m² apartment on the ground floor. Modern and tastefully decorated, the apartment offers easy access to central Paris while enjoying a lively local atmosphere with shops, cafés, and public transport just minutes away. The entrance opens to a spacious, light-filled living area with a beautiful open-plan layout that combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Large floor-to-ceiling glass doors line the room, flooding the interior with natural light and offering direct views of the private garden and terrace. The space is highlighted by exposed wooden beams and warm natural materials, creating a cozy yet contemporary atmosphere. The dining area comfortably seats up to eight guests and connects seamlessly to the fully equipped open kitchen, making it ideal for shared meals and gatherings. A Bose speaker and a printer are available in the apartment. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: an oven, a cooking plate, a toaster, a kettle, a refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, utensils, and crockery. The apartment also includes a cozy space with a rowing machine, bookshelves, and a small play corner, ideal for both quiet moments and families. The accommodation comprises three bedrooms, each carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity. The beds (one double – 140 x 190 and four single - 80x160) are made up with hotel-quality bed linen. There's also a baby bed at your disposal. Storage space is available in all rooms for your convenience. There is also a washing machine and ironing equipment (iron, ironing board, and steamer) in the apartment for added convenience. The accommodation has two bathrooms, the first with a bathtub and a toilet, and the second with a shower. There is another separate toilet. The exterior offers a pleasant relaxation area private courtyard with a small garden furnished with outdoor furniture, ideal for enjoying sunny days or a moment of calm. The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety. The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort. Please note that this property is set on two levels and is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. All you have to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!

This is an apartment with independent access. You will be asked to provide proof of identity in order to gain access. Smoking in the flat is strictly prohibited. The smell of tobacco is a nuisance that will result in a €300 charge being deducted from your deposit. For all bookings longer than 30 days, a civil/mobility lease must be signed upon arrival and departure, in the presence of one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

The flat and garden were lovely; modern furnishings, a personal and creative touch, and excellent facilities. Metro line 8 is right opposite. The neighbourhood is undergoing change.
