It does not have views or a terrace, but it boasts the best location—right next to Las Burras Beach, San Agustín Beach, a shopping centre, various services, public transport, and more. It also offers the best possible amenities in the area, including high-speed Wi-Fi and international TV channels. This is the most fully equipped apartment in the area. We provide high-speed Wi-Fi, international satellite channels, TVs in both the living room and bedroom, and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, small appliances such as a toaster, kettle, microwave, and juice extractor, as well as an oven, dishwasher, and induction stove. The bathroom is spacious and convenient, with an easily accessible shower, mirror, hairdryer, ironing board, and iron.
