The home features two comfortable bedrooms and one modern bathroom with a spacious shower. Situated on the first floor, it offers both privacy and convenience, making it perfectly suited to couples, friends, families or business travellers. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed and two single beds, providing flexibility for groups of up to four guests. The living room has been carefully styled to feel modern yet inviting, with soft neutral walls, elegant herringbone flooring and a rich green sofa that adds warmth and character. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge. Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.
