Welcome! This modern 39 m² apartment, elegantly decorated and part of an exceptional project, will provide you with a stay full of comfort, tranquillity, and convenience. The open-concept design harmoniously combines the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living area features a double sofa bed, a TV, and a desk equipped with a screen for catching up on tasks. From the living area, you also have direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy the view of the neighbourhood. In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable double bed that provides a restful night's sleep, along with a wardrobe to store your belongings. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, including an electric hob, coffee machine, washing machine, and dishwasher, along with all the necessary equipment to prepare every meal of the day. The space features an extendable dining table for sharing meals. The entire space is illuminated by natural light during the day, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom is carefully stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Professionally cleaned for your comfort, the apartment is located on the 6th floor of the building, accessible by elevator. Other information
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before you can check into the apartment at 3 PM. We ask all guests to complete a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, in compliance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities applies, with a limit of €80 included. For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: travel-size shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap, and bin bag. Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee. Extra Linen/Clothing: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e., when the sofa bed is not included).
