Designed with a modern and cosy touch, it offers a bright, relaxing, and welcoming atmosphere — ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. The living area features a practical open-plan kitchen and dining space, perfect for cooking and spending time together. You’ll find everything you need, including an oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and all necessary cookware to prepare your favourite meals. The bathroom provides all the essentials for a comfortable stay, with fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make you feel right at home. On an elevated level, accessible by a few stairs, the sleeping area offers a comfortable queen-size bed, ample storage space, and a TV to enjoy your favourite shows. The property is professionally cleaned before every stay for your comfort. NOTE: It is located on the 2nd floor and accessible by stairs only (the building does not have a lift). The curtains let some light through, so the natural light may interfere with sleep for those sensitive to it. Enjoy your stay and make yourself at home!

Other information
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
