This charming 140m² three-bedroom house with shared pool (seasonal) in Playa Puebla de Farnals is the perfect retreat for families or friends looking for a relaxing and memorable coastal getaway. Spread over four beautifully decorated floors, the house combines comfort with functionality. On the ground floor, you'll find the garage, a room and a bathroom. On the first floor is the living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace. Second floor two double bedroom, one with double bed and one with two single. All bedrooms are furnished with hotel-quality linens to ensure restful nights. On the third floor is the laundry room and the terrace with bbq The bright, inviting living room features a comfortable sofa and a TV, perfect for cosy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen comes with all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, cookware, and cutlery. The main bathroom includes fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh after a day at the beach. Guests will also enjoy the convenience of private parking for one car — a real bonus in this popular coastal area. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 4PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Lost keys 200€ (lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
