Welcome to my 46 m² apartment, located on the first floor (no elevator) in the heart of downtown Bordeaux. Perfect for up to 4 guests, it features a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a functional bathroom. Ideally located just 2 minutes from the metro, you’ll enjoy a peaceful stay while being right in the center of Bordeaux’s lively atmosphere.
Space
Welcome! Located in the heart of Bordeaux’s historic centre, this 46 m² duplex apartment is on the first floor with no elevator, and is therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Set in a charming old building, it features high ceilings and a calm, light-filled atmosphere. The decor is simple yet pleasant, and the space has been thoughtfully designed for both comfort and functionality. The living area includes a very comfortable sofa, a fold-down wall bed, and a television. The dining area features a central island that seats three guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine, utensils, and tableware. Upstairs, the bedroom offers a double bed (140x200 cm), made up with hotel-quality linens. The adjoining bathroom includes a sink, mirror, shower, and washing machine. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left for you to do is unpack and enjoy Bordeaux!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.

Really centered location but also quiet, great boulangeries, restaurants and shops right outside the door. Only inconvenient thing was that there were no hair/face towels at all, and it costed 25€/tow

The stay was good, the flat was good, in a very good area, no noise, it was remarkable as the toilet was downstairs, next to the kitchen and extremely small a tall and big person could not even get in
