This charming 65 m² apartment located in the fifth floor (stairs accessible) is ideally located near many of the city’s main attractions, as well as shops, supermarkets, and a wide range of restaurants with diverse culinary options. The bright living room is designed for your comfort, featuring a cosy sofa to relax on, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals. Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. From here, you can step out onto a terrace with outdoor furniture — perfect for enjoying the fresh air. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals at home, including an electric hob, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential cookware and utensils. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience. The bedroom is a welcoming space with a comfortable double bed, storage for your belongings, and a small desk — ideal for working or planning your day. All beds are made with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful stay. The bathroom offers all the essentials to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. For your peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned before each stay. Note: The apartment is located on the 5th floor without an elevator. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide it at an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
