Perfect for two guests, it features a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. Ideally located just a 3-minute walk from the metro, you'll enjoy a peaceful stay in the heart of the capital.


Space

Welcome! The front door of this 50 m² apartment opens onto a bright, elegantly decorated living space. The living room features a very comfortable sofa, a large TV, and a dining table for two. It opens onto a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the appliances and utensils you’ll need to prepare your meals. The bedroom includes a double bed made up with hotel-quality linens. A spacious wardrobe allows you to unpack and feel right at home. The bathroom comes with a sink, a large mirror, and a bathtub. The toilet is separate for added convenience. Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay. All that’s left to do is relax and enjoy!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
