It is designed with a touch of countryside style, featuring windows that provide a peaceful and bright ambience for guests. As you enter, the living space features a comfortable sitting area with a fireplace and a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, stove, microwave and coffee maker. A lovely bedroom also includes a comfortable double bed, a TV and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable. The house also opens onto a lovely terrace, with a beautiful barbecue area, providing the perfect place to enjoy the soft breeze and meals together. The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. To ensure you can fully enjoy the garden, maintenance is carried out weekly, every Saturday. Enjoy your stay!

Other information

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
