Situated on the first floor and accessible by a lift, the space is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience. The apartment has an open floor plan with a bright, inviting living area. A comfortable double sofa, a wide-screen smart TV with multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four create a relaxing atmosphere for unwinding after a day of exploring. A dedicated workspace with a desk is ideal for remote work, while the sunroom, complete with a table and chairs, allows natural light to flood the space, providing a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The fully equipped kitchenette includes everything needed to prepare delicious meals, from a stove and oven to a microwave and essential cookware. A dishwasher is also available, making post-meal cleanup effortless. The tranquil bedroom is furnished with a plush queen bed dressed in hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. A second bathroom is available, both stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. Please note that some natural light enters the room in the morning, which may disturb those who are more sensitive. The property includes private parking for one vehicle, offering added ease and security for those traveling by car. Note: The property is near railway tracks, so some noise may be expected. Other information
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
