Welcome to my home! This beautifully decorated 70m2 apartment is ideally near top attractions, shops, and supermarkets. A wide variety of restaurants offer diverse culinary options nearby. Please note that the property is located near train lines, and trains pass by frequently. If you are particularly sensitive to noise, you may notice the sound of passing trains. Located on the 8th floor, the building also features an elevator. In the living room, you'll find a cosy sofa bed perfect for relaxing, a large-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, a dining table, and a work desk. Thanks to the oversized windows, the space is bathed in natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Plus, it offers a stunning view of the city. Check-in at this accommodation is in-person. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive your check-in agent's contact and the rest of the check-in instructions a few days before your arrival, once our arrival form has been completed. We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and waste bags. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we'll be happy to provide them for an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been broken (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros. Spare keys: subject to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be charged according to the cost of the copy. Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.

The location is excellent. Turia Park is just a three-minute walk away and the Aqua Mall is ten minutes away, so it was a lovely place to stay. The only drawback was the view of the cemetery from the
