A superb 35-square-meter apartment on the first floor of a secure building, laid out as follows: - 1 Living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, 2 armchairs, a coffee table, and a TV - 1 Beautiful round dining table with chairs - 1 Fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, Nespresso machine) - 1 Beautiful bedroom with a double bed, storage space, and a desk - 1 Bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity unit 📌 Please note before booking: * At 35 m², the apartment is comfortable for two or three. With four, two guests sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room and the space becomes tight, especially for a long family stay. * The only bathroom, which combines the shower, toilet and washbasin, is small: with three or four guests, you will need to take turns, especially in the morning. We prefer to mention this so that every guest can book with full knowledge. You will be a 2-minute walk from Place de Clichy metro station (lines 2 and 13), surrounded by restaurants and shops, in a building with a lift, with a separate bedroom and a washing machine. Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, washing machine. Cleaning fees include fresh sheets and towels for each guest, and cleaning is performed by a professional housekeeper.
