This stylish retreat comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests, featuring 3 cozy bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom. Ideally situated just a 6-minute walk from the metro, you’ll have easy access to all the attractions of the City of Light.

Welcome to my home! Step into this bright and elegantly decorated 104m2 apartment. The living area features a very comfortable sofa, along with a television for your entertainment. The dining space includes a table that seats up to six guests. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. Two bedrooms each come with a queen-size bed (160 x 200), while a third bedroom features a 3 single bed sofa bed. 2 one of them could be joined to form a 160X200 bed for 2. In this room, there is also a desk, perfect for those working remotely. All beds are made with high-quality hotel linens for your comfort. The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and shower. A washing machine is also available for your convenience. You’ll have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. For your safety, a smoke detector is installed. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. All that’s left is for you to enjoy!

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
