Specially commissioned sculptures line the roads, and Downtown is often used as a canvas for modern art displays and community events such as Classic Car Shows and National Day parades. In the cooler months, cross one of the many bridges to the Burj Khalifa park and enjoy a picnic alongside residents and visitors, or enjoy lunch or dinner watching the dancing fountains. Modern and elegantly decorated, this lovely 76m2 apartment is located on the 6th floor, accessible by lift and is close to various top attractions in Dubai, such as Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall, and many good restaurants scattered around the area. The living room features a sofa bed, a TV with streaming options, and a dining area where you can grab your meals. There is also a private balcony with seating to enjoy the stunning city views. The kitchen fully has essential cookware and cutleries to prepare a delicious meal. The bedroom contains a comfortable queen bed with hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces for your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are also supplied for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload a copy of this passport to the Dubai Tourism Department so that I can register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our property on time and of the best quality.
