Welcome to our peaceful and authentic home, nestled in the heart of the medieval village of Haut-de-Cagnes. Located on a quiet, flower-filled square, the house faces East/Southeast, offering stunning views over the surrounding hills—home to the famous painter Auguste Renoir—and out to the Mediterranean Sea. The Space Our home is ideal for relaxing getaways with family or friends and is arranged as follows: • Living Area: On the ground floor, a cozy living room opens directly onto the terrace. Enjoy the charm of exposed wooden beams and traditional terracotta floors. It features two comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. The dining area includes a table for four. • Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and washing machine. • Main Bedroom (Upstairs): Bright and spacious, with two large windows—one opening onto a small balcony with panoramic views of the hills. The en-suite bathroom features a large sink, shower, and storage space. A small desk allows you to work comfortably and in peace if needed. • Independent Toilet: Separate WC with a window. • Guest Bedroom (Annex): A beautiful additional bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, located apart from the main house and accessible via the terrace—perfect for added privacy or for stays with friends. Outdoor Spaces The house offers multiple charming outdoor areas designed for relaxation and enjoyment: • A main terrace outside the living room, with comfortable armchairs and benches—perfect for morning coffee or evening aperitifs. • A lower terrace with a mini ping-pong table for some lighthearted fun. • A covered outdoor dining area with a large family table and a barbecue for shared meals. • A secure swimming pool area (approx. 4x8m), equipped with four sun loungers and a parasol. • An upper terrace nestled under the trees, furnished with sun loungers for peaceful moments in the shade.

BABY/CHILD EQUIPMENT: if you are travelling with children, have a pushchair or car seat delivered directly to your flat, airport or SNCF train station, thanks to our partner Baby On A Trip, to be booked at least 48 hours in advance. (Book online directly on their website). . Please take out your rubbish before you leave the flat. . The accommodation is non-smoking, any transgression of this rule will be charged €150 to cover the cost of cleaning and deodorising. . A set of sheets and towels will be provided for your arrival on the basis of one set per bed and per stay.If you would like an extra set or a replacement, please let us know 24 hours in advance. The extra set will be charged at €25. . We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival (soap, toilet paper, bin bags).The products provided are welcome products, they are there to allow you to arrive in peace. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay.This will depend on your personal consumption. . Only one set of keys will be provided during your stay. .The use of the flat is strictly reserved for the persons mentioned on the booking form. Any other person will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking or the invoicing of additional travellers at the rate of 99€ per additional traveller per stay..If you require additional cleaning, please contact us in advance. We will charge you for this extra cleaning..In the event of an emergency requiring our intervention, we will be able to intervene in the accommodation by appointment between 10.00 am and 6.00 pm.. .
