Welcome! This lovely 91m2 apartment is on the 1st floor, accessible by stairs. There are 2 flights of ramps with stairs and then 1 small flight to the property. Inside the flat, it has 2 floors with the bedrooms on the upper floor accessible via stairs. The living room has a sitting area, a Chromecast TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs. Upstairs, the three bedrooms each feature a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep. Additionally, each room offers multiple storage spaces to accommodate all your belongings. The decor is tasteful and homely, creating a serene atmosphere for relaxation. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
