Welcome to my 30m² apartment on the 6th floor with an elevator in the 1st Arrondissement. It can comfortably accommodate two people with its bedroom with a double bed, equipped kitchen and bathroom. Ideally located minutes from different metro lines, you can enjoy a charming stay in Paris!

Situated on the 6th floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 30m² apartment is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as the Louvre Museum and Sainte-Chapelle! This apartment has an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa and a dining table for four. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery and equipment you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels, a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. Please do not throw anything in the WC. You will have access to the Wi-Fi throughout your stay. A smoke detector is installed for your safety. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
