This apartment is located on rue de Wailly (a few minutes walk from the city center). It is on the 3rd floor of a very quiet and secure building, with elevator. The accommodation was renovated in 2023, it is functional, pleasant to live in and even has a small balcony. You will have access to a secure parking space (garage) Ideal for visiting the region and/or for your business trips!

The apartment is composed as follows: - Entrance hall with separate WC - Large living room with open fitted kitchen, lounge area (connected TV) and dining area - A bedroom with double bed - Bathroom (access via the bedroom) with shower and sink - A balcony (access via the bedroom also) for sunny days. The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.
Access
You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and return the keys at any time without the host being present. The “Tourcoing Centre” metro station is a 5-minute walk away. Tourcoing train station is accessible in around fifteen minutes on foot. The “Tourcoing Centre” bus stop is a 3-minute walk away.
