Living room’s new matching furniture with comfortable sofa-bed invites to relax and watch one of your favorite TV shows on an oversized TV or just to enjoy looking at the warm light of electric fireplace. Dining area is furnished with solid wooden table and cushioned chairs.. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary modern appliances and kitchen utensils like cutleries, pots, tableware, coffee machine, microwave, gas hob, big fridge, dishwasher, wash machine. Good night sleep is guaranteed in big bedroom with black-out curtains and king size bed with high quality mattress and hotel quality bedding Bathroom attached to the bedroom has 2 wash basins, the bathtub and shower, toilet and bidet. Another small bathroom is located in entry hall. After a day spent out and about is good to relax on the balcony and watch a colorful night lights of Dubai’s skyline. Guests will have access to the entire home! The gym will be undergoing maintenance until the end of March. However, the shared facilities still include a temperature-controlled pool, sauna, and steam room.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
