It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group. The property features a stunning garden, providing a tranquil space for relaxation and unwinding. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfill your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, the second has a double bed, and the third with a single bed. All bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The 1.5 bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience. The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

We travelled from Canada to visit family and this was a perfect location for us. The 122 bus into town is right across the street and is about a 15-20 mins trip. The house is clean and as described. T
