Situated on the 4th floor, this modern and tastefully decorated 34m2 studio, newly furnished, is conveniently located near various top attractions in Dubai, including Circle Mall. Other nearby amenities include JVC Castle Park Cinema in Circle Mall, Dubai Miracle Garden (20 minutes away), and a variety of restaurants and shops in Circle Mall. You'll also find Nesto Supermarket and Spinney's Supermarket within Circle Mall. This studio is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfortable queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Step onto the large private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy stunning views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave. There's also a dining area where you can dine with loved ones. The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including towels and complimentary toiletries. Please note that the building faces the roadside, and there may be ongoing constructions around the community. The studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards). Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I must upload this copy of your passport to the Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. As per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), guests will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee. Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
