This 2 bedroom house is located in a quiet and residential area of Saint-André-lez-Lille, rue Louis Porion. The accommodation was renovated at the end of 2023 and is functional, pleasant to live in and even has a small courtyard for sunny days. Free street parking with no time limit (subject to availability). Ideal for visiting the region and/or for your business trips.

La maison est composée comme suit : Rez-de-chaussée : - Entrée donnant sur une cuisine équipée ouverte - Table à manger pour 6 personnes - Espace salon avec TV connectée - Salle de bain avec douche, lavabo et machine à laver - Petite cour à l'arrière 1er étage : - Une chambre côté rue avec lit double puis, en mezzanine (accès via un escalier), un lit simple - Une deuxième chambre avec la même configuration : un lit double et un lit simple en mezzanine Le logement peut accueillir 6 personnes mais est plus adapté et confortable pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Le logement n'est n'est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite (escaliers, pas de chambre au rez-de-chaussée). Le logement sera soigneusement préparé pour votre arrivée : Service de ménage professionnel + blanchisserie pour le linge de maison. L'ensemble du linge est fourni: linge de lit, serviettes de bain, tapis de bain et torchons. La cuisine est équipée avec tous les ustensiles et plats pour déjeuner et diner. Voici les divertissements à votre disposition via la tv : Molotov TV.
