The accommodation was renovated in 2023, it is very functional, pleasant to live in and has a private parking space, underground. Ideal for visiting Lille and/or for your business trips!

This apartment is located in the center of Lille, rue Nicolas Leblanc (3 minutes walk from République metro station). It is on the ground floor of a very quiet and secure building. The apartment is composed as follows: - Entrance hall with separate WC directly on your left - Bathroom with bath/shower, sink and washing machine on your right - Living room with a large television and an open equipped kitchen - Separate bedroom with double bed The accommodation will be carefully prepared for your arrival: Professional cleaning service + laundry for linens. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here is the entertainment available to you via TV: Molotov TV and Prime Video.
