Welcome to this 74 m² T3 apartment suitable for 4 people, just a stone's throw from the Botanical Gardens and close to Bretonneau Hospital. Whether you're coming for business or pleasure, you'll have all the comforts you need for your stay. You'll find a bright living room where you can relax on the sofa while watching TV and taking advantage of the Wifi connection at your disposal. A dining table completes the lounge/dining area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped for home-style cooking (hob, oven, coffee maker, etc.). Next comes a corridor leading to the sleeping area, WC and bathroom. Two beautiful bedrooms are here for you to relax in after a hard day's work or a day of sightseeing. The first bedroom has a Queen-size bed, while the second has a classic double bed. The bathroom has a shower and separate WC. On sunny days, you can enjoy the balcony with its unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside.
