Very nice, bright and warm apartment comprising : - 1 living room with open-plan kitchen - 1 bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed) + bathroom and toilet - 2 bedrooms with double beds - 1 bedroom with single bed - 1 bathroom - 1 garden - 1 large terrace - 2 parking spaces - 1 swimming pool open from June 1 to September 30 (length 5 m, width 2m50 depth 1m50) THE KITCHEN The kitchen includes a dishwasher, hob, fridge, oven, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. EQUIPMENT All equipment provided: washing machine, wifi, coffee pods, sponges, garbage bags, hotel-quality sheets and towels, professional cleaning before and after each reservation. Parties and soirées prohibited. The house is equipped with a sound level meter.
