Tastefully decorated, this chic 81m2 apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a work desk and a massage chair. The area features oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It has access to a balcony to enjoy the fresh air. This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. The bedroom is delightfully furnished with a heavenly king bed, complimentary hotel-quality linens, and a flat-screen TV, so you can comfortably sleep or watch your favourite shows. No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply. Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM.
