The marsh is a clever mix of past and modernity… a trendy and historic district reminiscent of the Parisian past and whose streets are appreciated for their beauty and charm. There are more cool little bars than great restaurants than needed! Once you have passed the doors of the building, you will be able to appreciate the Marais and its old streets, its new stores and trendy restaurants. 20 minutes walk from the Louvre!

Welcome to my home! It is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator. Tastefully decorated, this chic apartment with 45m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi for you to relax in the open living room after a long day in the city. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with the essential cooking utensils and cutlery to prepare a delicious meal, including a microwave, refrigerator and oven. The two bedrooms contain comfortable double beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces. The bathroom has what you need to cool off, such as a shower, toilet and sink. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries are also provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!
