Our 60 sqm apartment offers a charming urban retreat in the area known for its vibrant and diverse community, making it a cultural hub with plenty to explore. With plenty of attractions such as Broadway Market, London Fields, restaurants and shops nearby and easy access to Hackney Downs train station (a 5-minute walk), guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my apartment! Situated on the 1st floor with a lift, our two-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable stay in London's artistic district. The vibrant Broadway Market is just a short walk away, offering a variety of stalls, artisanal foods, and vintage shops. You'll find numerous dining options in the area, and transportation is convenient with nearby train stations. Immerse yourself in the creative atmosphere of E8 for a unique London experience. It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a large sofa, an armchair, a stool, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, and a floor-to-ceiling door, inviting you onto a balcony, perfect for unwinding. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. There are two bedrooms. Both have a king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!
Access
On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
