Stroll around the city to have a drink, let yourself be guided by the numerous restaurants with gastronomy from all continents. At the top of the pedestrian street, enter through the royal gate into the medieval city to discover the castle of Charles VII and its 37-meter keep which is a masterpiece of 11th century military architecture while enjoying a terrace 360 degrees dominating the entire town of Loches. You are less than 30 minutes from Beauval Zoo (plan a full day), 25 minutes from the elegant Château de Chenonceau, Amboise with its royal castle and its Clos Lucé park (last home of Leonardo da Vinci) . Take the time to visit Chédigny, classified as a “remarkable garden” village, the Château de Montpoupon or the Château de Montrésor. And so many beautiful things to discover in South Touraine

Town house completely renovated with taste, close to the park - public garden and a stone's throw from the medieval city with its royal castle and its imposing keep and the town center of Loches. You will enjoy the weekly market on Wednesday morning and Saturday morning in the heart of the city. Quickly access the Beauval zoo, the numerous castles of the Loire and southern Touraine.

The single-story house has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Nearby is a comfortable TV lounge-dining room, a beautiful bedroom with a 160cm bed and a second bedroom with a 140cm bed. The new bedding is of high quality. Adjoining the bedroom is the bathroom with shower and towel dryer. Finally, enjoy the terrace equipped with garden furniture in an interior courtyard.
