The apartment is on the fifth floor and is accessible by elevator. With ample space and comfortable amenities, it provides everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The living room is beautifully furnished with a large sofa, an armchair, a big table, and a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, creating a restful and inviting atmosphere. The bookshelf adds a touch of charm and offers a selection of reading materials for your enjoyment. The highlight of the living room is the balcony, complete with a BBQ for sizzling grilled delicacies, a table, and chairs where you can sip your morning coffee or share a glass of wine. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries for delicious meals, such as a stove and an oven. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, a clothes dryer, and ironing facilities to meet your laundry needs. The apartment offers a variety of sleeping arrangements, with one bedroom featuring a bunk bed and a private bathroom, two bedrooms with two single beds each, and one luxurious bedroom with a king-size bed, a writing desk, and a private balcony. Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
