This apartment is located in a residential area in the heart of Tourcoing, rue de Gand just a few minutes by car/transport from the train station! It's quiet and very functional, thanks in particular to its 3 bedrooms, each with a private shower cubicle. Tourcoing Phalempins metro station is 100 meters away.

The apartment is built on two floors: First floor: - Entrance hall with washing machine in laundry area Second floor: - Fitted kitchen - Living and dining room - First bedroom with double bed, shower cubicle, washbasin and work area - Individual WC Second floor: - Two additional bedrooms with double bed, shower cubicle, washbasin and workspace Professional cleaning service + laundry service for household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Entertainment available via the TV: Molotov TV. Please note that the staircase in the accommodation is typical of our pretty northern buildings: the stairs are narrow, so we recommend that families with young children or people with mobility difficulties take this into consideration before booking.
Access
This flat is located in a quiet, family-friendly area, so it is suitable for responsible, respectful travellers; please be sure not to party or make any excessive noise (music, shouting) after 9pm. You will have access to the entire flat. Arrival is possible 24 hours a day. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the host having to be present. Tourcoing Phalempins metro station is a 3-minute walk away, taking you to Lille and its stations in around 30 minutes. Tourcoing station is a ten-minute metro ride from the accommodation. V'Lille station is 180 metres away (Phalempins station). You can use the Ilévia application to get around Lille. Place des Phalempins car park 150 metres away.
