Welcome to my flat! This renovated 68m2 flat has three bedrooms and a living room facing the street. The living room has a sofa, a smart TV, a dining table for four people. It also has air conditioning for the summer nights. With two desks in the property, it offers a convenient space to work or study remotely. The kitchen is separate from the living room and can be opened by sliding the doors. It is fully equipped with cooking utensils and cutlery, an oven, hob and microwave. The flat also has a washing machine and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The first and second bedrooms have double beds and the third bedroom is a single bed, all with complimentary linen for a good night's sleep. The bathroom has a double sink, a large walk-in shower and all the necessary amenities including fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. The flat is on the 5th floor with no lift, so guests must use the stairs. Enjoy your stay!

Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
