Welcome to my apartment! Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 58m² apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features large sofas and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views. There's also a courtyard with a dining table for six where you can enjoy your meals in the fresh air. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a cooking plate, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The first bedroom has a double bed, whilst the second has a double and a single bed, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
