For your convenience, hangers are provided to keep your attire neatly arranged, along with a TV offering streaming options for entertainment after a day of exploration. The queen-sized bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. Rest assured, professionals meticulously clean the room to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. Important Note: The house has a CCTV in the common areas. Important note: There is a common" kitchen" shared by all guests that should not be used to cook but can be used to prepare fast meals ( microwave ). Enjoy your stay!

Important Note: The house have a CCTV in the common areas. Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and a bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). - Please note that this room is part of a property that has six double rooms in total and can be rented in its entirety for private events such as bachelor's/hen parties, birthdays, and even small weddings. Very nice, neat room! Great value for money. The bed was just very hard to sleep on. Very pleasant shower. Definitely worth repeating!
