It is within walking distance of a Metro station (Botzaris).

Welcome! Experience countryside living without escaping Central Paris: my apartment is just 10 minutes by foot from the Mouzaïa district, colloquially known as the "American District", with its winding paths of cobblestone lanes, picturesque terrace houses and flowering private gardens. The community had gotten its name from an urban legend that the plaster used for the homes was also used for the White House in America, but this has been proven untrue. The apartment is 105m2 and can comfortably fit a family of four. It features large windows in the living area that lets natural sunlight brighten up the space and opens up to a small balcony outside for you to enjoy the tranquil views of Buttes-Chaumont Park. Relax and unwind on the comfortable sofas and watch all your favourite shows on the TV, or enjoy meals on the large dining table that can easily accommodate eight. Despite its diminutive size, the kitchen's smartly equipped with all the essentials for light cooking and has a kitchen island for you to dine on or use for meal preparation. The master bedroom is an ensuite unit with a queen-size bed and built-in wardrobes. The second room has two single beds suited for children. Additionally, the third bedroom is an office with a dedicated workspace and has a single day-bed. Hotel-quality linens are provided for a good night's rest. All rooms have an air conditionner, keeping you fresh during hot weather. Apart from the ensuite, the apartment has a shared bathroom; clean towels and toiletries are provided for guests' convenience. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
