With plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and easy access to Dublin Pearse train station(a 10-minute walk ), guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Welcome to my flat! Located near many attractions, our charming two-bedroom offers easy access to the best of Dublin, perfect for a getaway. It is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features a sofa, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones, and a floor-to-ceiling door that leads onto a balcony, perfect for relaxing. The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals. There are two rooms. The first bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second features a double bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
