About 3 km away is Esposende beach, a large sandy beach bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, where you can rent shady spots to spend the day. Also 2km away, you can enjoy Esposende's city centre, full of beautiful cafés, bakeries, traditional shops, restaurants and all the amenities you might need. The town of Esposende is firmly off the international tourist trail, and you will find barely a mention of it in any guidebook. Despite this, Esposende is well worth a visit if you are passing, which you may well be if you are visiting the medieval town of Barcelos or heading to the coast from Braga. Situated alongside the final stretch of the Cávado River before it empties into the Atlantic Ocean, Esposende's heritage is one of fishing, but the area's history goes far beyond this. Within a few kilometres of the town are several well-preserved and fascinating archaeological sites, many of which date back to the Bronze Age. Many of these are centred around the nearby parish of Vila Chã, and the most impressive is probably the fortified village of Castro de São Lourenço. Less than 1km from the riding field. River view and marina. The distance to the beach is 4km. For sports lovers, we have Hiking trails, organized mountain bike tours and a padel school near the apartment. Welcome! This property is centrally located to enjoy everything the city offers, and it can accommodate seven people. It has multiple windows so guests can enjoy the sunlight and the outside view. The living room is tastefully furnished and well-kept, which includes a comfortable sitting area where you can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all your favourite shows. Delight yourself with long meals on the balcony overlooking the Marina after a sunny afternoon at the pool or a day at the beach. And take the opportunity to stroll along the paths of the golf course and breathe in the fresh air. The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and prepare delicious meals, such as a cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and washing machine. The are three bedrooms. One has a queen bed, the second has two single beds, and the third has a double bed and a single bed, all fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest. The bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. You can also enjoy free wi-fi, flat-screen cable TV, white sheets and high-quality cotton bath towels, and parking - excellent for a long stay. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
