This apartment is ideal for a short stay. The access is private from the street, a secure parking will be at your disposal under the apartment. It was recently renovated, the services are of quality and the room gives on the back in the peace. A rooftop facing south completes this apartment.

The apartment is located in rue Charles Quint in Lille. It is composed of a bright living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom with Italian shower. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for extra sleeping, the rooftop is accessible from the living room via a spiral staircase. The room has a blind but it cannot be completely hidden, so take a mask if you are sensitive to the sun in the morning! The parking space is secured by an electric door and is located under the apartment. Professional cleaning service + laundry service for the household linen. All linen is provided: bed linen, towels, bath mats and dish towels. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner. Here are the entertainment available via TV: Molotov TV
Access
You will have access to the entire accommodation. Possibility of arrival 24 hours a day. You can pick up and drop off the keys at any time without the presence of the host. We inform you that this accommodation is located in a quiet and family area, so it is suitable for responsible and respectful travelers. Please be sure not to make any parties or excessive noise (music, shouting) after 8pm that could disturb the neighborhood. In case of abuse, we reserve the right to evict. Everything is done on foot or by transport! The Gambetta metro station is a 5 minute walk away. The République Beau Arts station is 10 minutes away. By metro, the two stations are 1 station away, just a few minutes! By foot, the Lille Flandres train station is 25 min away, and the Lille Europe train station is 30 min away. Bus station "Rue Du Port" at 200 meters.
