A contemporary furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely 110 meter squared house is close to various top attractions in Barcelos such as Baloiço D'Assaia and Praia fluvial de Arnoso Sta Eulalia. Railway station is only 6 minutes away from the house, enabling guests to explore city with ease. This house is designed with an open living area featuring a sofa to unwind, a wide screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options and a dining table big enough to accommodate six people. A private balcony outside with furniture that overlooks the pools and offers pleasant views of the surrounding hills. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to whip up some yummy homemade meals for your family including a microwave, toaster, and electric kettle. The house has two bedrooms featuring a queen-size bed, a bunk bed, and a double bed. The bedrooms are complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The rooms have each large wardrobes to keep your clothes in the perfect manner. The house has 2 bathrooms that contain all the essentials you'll need to freshen up such as towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer provided for your convenience. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
