The Cannes station is only 1.9 km away, and there are plenty of excellent restaurants and bars, such as La Pizza Cresci - Cannes, Caffé Roma, and Morrisons Irish Pub. The cafes in the area, such as Le Pastis Cannes and Volupté, are also worth checking out. The location is also very convenient, with a 16-minute walk to Vieux Port de Cannes and a 19-minute walk to Plage du Midi.

This stylish 3-bedroom apartment is ideal for congress members, families, and couples. It is a two-floor apartment, each floor with 100m2, and can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. It is beautifully furnished and has all the amenities for a pleasant stay. It is a 10-minute walk from downtown, the beach, and the famous Palais des Festivals.

Welcome to my apartment! This beautiful apartment has an open floor plan. On the first floor, you will find a large living room with comfortable sofas and a wide-screen TV where you can relax and watch your favourite shows after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end facilities and cutleries that you’ll need to cook a delicious meal, such as an oven, a microwave, and hotplates. On the second floor are three spacious bedrooms (the first and second with a king-size bed and the third with two single beds) and two large independent bathrooms with bathtubs and showers, alongside fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. Complimentary hotel-quality linens will be provided to ensure a good night’s rest. A laundry room on the 2nd floor also has a washing machine. The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety. We hope you’ll enjoy your stay!

Guests have access to the entire apartment shown in the photos. There is another apartment below this one that is not included in the rental. For security reasons, you will not have access to the elevator shown in the pictures.

Please note that check-in after 23:00 and check-out before 07:00 will be charged EUR 15, to be paid in cash to the welcomer. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Small pets are allowed for an additional fee, payable at the time of booking. Please be mindful that their presence should not disrupt future stays or disturb our neighbors. Guests are responsible for removing any pet hair from the property, and we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning or any pet-related damage.
