The apartment comes with a private balcony overlooking the iconic Eiffel Tower. The apartment is well-furnished and has all the amenities for a pleasant stay. Dupleix metro is just a 3-minute walk away, enabling guests to explore the city easily!

Welcome to my apartment! The apartment comes with an open floor plan. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a large dining table to accommodate four people. The space includes floor-to-ceiling windows that lead onto a balcony where you can eat your meals while enjoying the magnificent Eiffel Tower view. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to cook a delicious meal, including a stove, an oven, and a coffee maker. There's also a washer and ironing equipment for your use. The bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed in hotel-quality linens and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need, including towels and toiletries for your convenience. Please note that there are ongoing facade renovations until January 2024, so part of the view might be blocked. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your health and safety. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum. Important Note: Some renovation work is happening in the building, with scaffolding on the balcony. We apologize for any inconvenience.
