The apartment is near several tram stops and train stations, so guests can easily travel to Paris or explore the city!

Welcome to my apartment! It is ideally located 10 minutes by car and 20 minutes by public transport from Porte de Versailles (Exhibition Centre). The apartment is situated not far from the banks of the Seine and has been fully refurbished to allow modern conveniences for a more comfortable stay. The apartment is on the 5th floor and has a surface area of 55m2 and an open floor plan. The living room features a comfy sofa bed and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a tiring day. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook a delicious meal. There are two bedrooms. Each comes with a double bed and two single beds, respectively. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Enjoy your stay! NOTE: The elevator will be out of service from January 2nd until January 23rd.

Please note that there is some renovation on the 3rd floor of the building (you are located on the 5th), so there might be occasional noises throughout April/June. Sorry about the inconvenience. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
