This is the perfect base from which to explore the vibrant culture and eclectic heritage of Notting Hill. This furnished 1 bedroom apartment can sleep up to 2 guests comfortably. It is ideal for business travellers, couples or solo travellers. This property is not suitable for children. It is close to cafes, restaurants, the underground (Ladbroke Grove), buses and Portobello Road.

The spacious and very well-decorated living room is equipped with a smart TV, a Sonos player, and two comfy sofas, where you can relax and watch your favourite shows after a long day exploring the city. Wi-fi is available throughout the apartment. The bedroom and living room feature large windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight and have lovely tree views. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal including a stove, an oven, and a coffee plunger. It also includes a washing machine/dryer and ironing equipment. The bedroom is equipped with a queen bed lined in hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and plenty of storage place for your belongings. The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. Access
On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

Other information
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
