The kitchen is well equipped with all you'll need to whip up a fresh warm meal. You'll find a fridge, oven, and stove for your use. You're welcome to use the other cooking utensils as well! There are 2 bedrooms, with a single bed and a double bed respectively, fitted with hotel-quality linens for your full comfort. The modern bathroom feature a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror, as well as complimentary toiletries and fresh towels. Feel free to enjoy the use of the other amenities provided in our home, including the washer and ironing facilities. The property is professionally cleaned and fully sanitised prior to your arrival. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Loved the location! Perfect while we were in Dublin for a football game at Aviva Stadium. We also appreciated the quick communication with us when we couldn’t figure out the toilet :)
