Welcome to my home! Situated in Angel North London, the home is on a busy street that offers a variety of local eateries and grocery stores (i.e., Sainsbury and Tesco Express). It is ideal for small families with young children or a small group of friends visiting London. The apartment is fully furnished in a scandi-inspired fashion with an open-play layout: guests will find a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, and clothes dryer to keep things tidy conveniently. An oversized couch and widescreen TV (with built-in streaming services) in the lounge area opens up to a small private balcony that overlooks the street right outside the building. One main bedroom has a queen-size bed and is equipped with a wardrobe to help keep your personal belongings safe and secure. The secondary room has a single bed and is ideal for children mainly. Both beds are lined with complimentary hotel-quality bedsheets and linens to ensure a good night's rest. Guests will find a bath/shower in the bathroom, with a small stool provided that can be used to assist young children (or can be improvised as a table). Conveniences such as fresh towels, toiletries, and a hairdryer are provided at no extra cost. Cleaning and sanitization will be done before your expected arrival. Enjoy your stay!

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
