The restaurants of Church Street in Stoke Newington and Upper Street are also within easy reach. Highbury is one of the nicest and livable neighborhoods in London. The flat is on a pretty and quiet street located between two big parks (Clissold Park and Highbury Fields). There are some great local shops nearby on Highbury Barn (Da Mario, Godfrey's master butcher, Bourne's fishmongers, La Fromagerie, Seasons & Blossoms greengrocer, Highbury Vintners...). There are also many amazing restaurants in the area (Farang, Primeur, Perilla, Highbury Arts Club...).

Bright with sophisticated furnishings, this gorgeous flat is blessed with high ceilings and huge windows that flood the flat in natural lighting. It is a period conversion that still boasts its original features. The living room is fitted with a comfortable sofa, and just by it is the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware and cutleries you’ll need to cook a delicious homecooked meal, including a microwave, an oven, coffee maker, and even a dishwasher. The bedroom features a comfy queen-sized bed (fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens) and a storage space for your belongings. The bathroom is equipped with all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free eco-friendly toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. Your health is our priority. Our home follows an enhanced cleaning protocol, with a professional cleaning and strategic disinfection. Have a pleasant stay!

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. We ask for some consideration of our neighbours downstairs, that you please do not where your shoes when walking around the flat. Please note, this is a self-check-in property and you will be required to collect the keys from a lockbox nearby. Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Very reasonable, cute little flat. Best for a single person or couple. Has all the basics and is within walking distance of shops, groceries and cafés. The photos do make the flat look a bit larger
